Goal: Understand how your Paldo BOS data is protected, and how to keep your own copy.
Automatic backups
Section titled “Automatic backups”Your workspace is backed up automatically as part of the service — you don’t have to remember anything. Backups are kept securely.
Export your own copy
Section titled “Export your own copy”It’s your data, and you can take a copy any time. Most screens (Customers, Items, Invoices…) have an export option that downloads the list as a spreadsheet, and reports export to spreadsheet or PDF.
Restoring
Section titled “Restoring”If you ever need data restored, contact support — we’ll help you recover to a recent point.
You’re done when…
