Company settings
Goal: Know where to find the settings that shape how Paldo BOS works for your business.
Your company details
Section titled “Your company details”Search for Company to set your name, currency, address, tax details, logo, and default accounts. See Set up your company.
Number formats on documents
Section titled “Number formats on documents”Naming series control reference numbers on documents (for example INV-2026-0001). Adjust the prefix so your numbers look the way you want.
Print & branding
Section titled “Print & branding”Set up a Letter Head and choose or tweak Print Formats so documents carry your logo and layout.
Set up your tax templates once (rates and accounts) so they apply automatically. Check rates with your accountant if unsure.
Financial year
Section titled “Financial year”Your Financial Year defines your accounting period. Paldo BOS creates the current one; a new one is added automatically over time.
You’re done when…
Section titled “You’re done when…”Your documents show the right branding and numbering, and taxes apply correctly.
