Is there a limit on records or transactions?

For normal business use, no — create the customers, items, and invoices you need. Paldo BOS grows with you.

How much file storage do I get?

Enough for the documents a typical business uses. For unusually heavy needs, talk to us.

What counts as fair use?

Using Paldo BOS to run your own business. Not okay: reselling access, automated abuse, or anything that degrades the service for others.

I think I’m hitting a limit — what do I do?

Get in touch. Most limits are soft and easy to raise for genuine business needs.
